Dominate White is not completely dominate, being less efficient at suppressing Gold/Red pigment than Black pigment.

Hi Chris, no offence. But your sentence sounds like explaining what "not completely dominant" means.
Dominant white is "better" (depends on what you want) in 2 doses.
Also it mostly affects black pigment, and hardly affects red pigment, especially in one dose.
It is not "incomplete dominant" because it has less effect on gold/red though ...

That helps more! Sooo, if I want to mostly supress a black pigment, which breed would be best at doing that?

Also, where did you learn all of this information? Experience? Books? Websites? I really want to learn as much as I can, but I can't figure out where to start. If you have any info, I would really appreciate it!

There are 2 ways to suppress black pigment.
1. You can dilute it to (chocolate, blue or) white. Dom. white does this.
2. You can "restrict" it by factors like columbian. Black is pushed away from the body to make room for the gold/red/silver groundcolor.
The ultimate form is the buff phenotype.

Sometimes, when doing the first, red pigment that was covered by black is revealed again.
