Dominate Hen

I have a RIR approx 2-3 years old (I rescued her) she has been laying beautiful light brown eggs until this past fall. Once the girls (12 altogether) started laying again in March 2021, Bubbles (the RIR) stopped laying. Her comb has gotten bigger and brighter. She mounts my other girls and has become very much like a ruling rooster. I’ve been told by friends they can change. I’ve read posts on social media that they can’t change. I’m just curious, because it doesn’t look like she’s gonna give me anymore brown eggs. Thanks in advance

Can you post a picture of her? Upon occasion an ovarian tumor can result in a hen taking on the appearance of a rooster due to hormone changes. I have been around poultry all of my life, and have only seen it one time. Interesting that it was in a RIR.
