Dominiques - culling roo for weight

I am wondering if someone have the experience to tell me around 3-4 month old, how much should weight a standard sized Dominique?
I dont want to breed too heavy

As for weight, at 6 months they should weight around 6 lbs cockerels 4 lbs pullets....

I figure there should be a way to spot too big roos at 4 months? Those would go for meat so i dont want to keep them longer than necessary.
