donkey ate brussel sprouts need advice

We threw some old plants including brussel sprouts and cauliflower from the garden into the pasture not knowing at the time that donkeys should not eat brussel sprouts
She would not eat her dinner or even take a treat tonight
Normally she is very vocal and cant wait to get her dinner

I would watch closely for colic. Of course, donkey colic symptoms are not as obvious, but it could be a real issue.
You may end up needing a vet on this.
See how she is in the morning to decide if she needs help.
