Don't get in a hurry when its cold outside

I did yesterday, and decided to gather eggs, put them in my coat pocket. Not a bad idea since I had 4 eggs, and it was cold, and I needed to get the ice out of the water bowls for the chickens and the dog. I reached down to remove the ice from the dog's, and heard something... Sounded like a muffled pop noise. I then put my hand in my pocket, not a good idea. I had broken 2 of the eggs in my pocket of my coat. NASTY. got it all cleaned up

Take this from me... NEVER get in a hurry when you got babys in your pocket.

I have lost count of how many times an egg has broken in one of my pockets. (one time with a NEW cell phone in it!) Now, when it happens, my wife just shakes her head and laughs.
