Don't know what happened

Went out to the coop this morning to check on the chickens. Make sure they still had feed, give fresh water, etc. Well when I went inside I saw my poor little Partridge Rock. She was just standing there. No energy. wouldn't eat or drink. Went to the garage to get a cat carrier. Went back to get her and when I picked her up she just started to convulse and then she was dead. What happened. Kind of confused

No we only have 1 banty roo. Much to small for my regular size chickens but don't tell Rudy that. He thinks that he is the roo.

could she have fallen?
was she near a nest box?
any odd droppings?
