Do's and Dont's for Hatching

Hey! I was wondering if people would share their do's and dont's of hatching. It's my second time and I'm wondering what everybody else's experiences were/are. Last time I hatched went well. Two roos and five hens. Had about thirty eggs. Not all were fertilized though. Just wanted to know what people's experiences are!
