Dosage help Tylan 200

I read this in the posts but can't find the exact one now, of course. Should have written it down. I'm treating a little bantam for a respiratory problem. I'm using Tylan 200 ORALLY. I thought the post said 1/4 cc but then I thought maybe it was 1/2 cc. Now I have myself confused. Please, what is the correct dosage for Tylan 200 given orally to a little banty hen?

Also, someone asked this in one of the posts but it was never replied to; Is there anything that can be put in the water to treat for respiratory issues?
