Hello ,
I bought 5 chicks about 4 weeks ago , 2 weeks ago I noticed that 2 of them were smaller then the others . So I figured they might not be as old as the others (a week behind in age) , One of the Barred Cochin and one of the buff orpington . But now the Barred Cochin is bigger then the buff opington and the buff doesn't seem to be growing (she eats drinks and sleeps sits on the roost ) Do I need to worry
Thanks
The Newbie
ok so it has been week and the little one is still little , I was wondering now if it is ok to split them up and put the ones (when ready) that are fully feathered in to the coop and keep the two small not fully feathered one's in the booder a little longer . How far apart do you think they are . If need be can I put the bigger ones in the coop before the little ones or should I want and all at once . Also during the summer how hot is to hot for them .
