If treating for a respiratory disease, Tylan 50 injectable is probably a better bet, and many use it orally at 0.2 ml per pound, given twice a day for 5 days. There is not a lot of info available about dosage for injectable oxytetracycline because it can cause muscle or tissue damage when injected. Most of the links below recommend oral dosage of the powder which is not available without a vet's prescription:

OK. And .2ml per pound, so .4ml for my 2 pound rooster? The directions say you would give .5ml to a 6 pound pig.
