Double yolk eggs?

This is probably crazy, but my oldest hen duck, Quacker, is laying now. But it's a weird pattern and I've never seen this before. She lays 3 or 4 days straight and they're all double yolks, then doesn't lay for 3 or 4 days. Then does that again. Am I doing something to cause this? I have the ducks on Purina duck food mixed with an organic grain mix.

It happens with new layers especially on occasion. It shouldn’t be anything to worry about. Most stop laying double yolk eggs after a while and some don’t. No worries, it was nothing you did to cause it.
