Drafts vs Ventilation

Yes, yes... the ventilation page... it's great... but for some of us, a visual is handy. So... I created a 3 minute video today.

Because I am (a little) unclear on where the line is between a draft and a proper amount of moving air... I come here asking if I accurately demonstrate the difference in the video.

That looks good for your coop, but my coop stands that on it's head. I have a full wall that is wide open year round, with other windows to open in warmer months. The coop's winter ventilation is that open wall, which the chickens can stand at, and look out. There is NO other ventilation, over their heads, in the winter. Get the book 'Fresh air poultry houses' and get a whole other idea on what is proper ventilation in a chicken coop.
