Drake colors not fully changed

I have a silver apple yard drake who is 7 months old. His body feathers are the colors they are supposed to be but his head still hasn’t fully turned green. Also His beak is still gray not yellow like it is suppose to be. I don’t know why his feathers haven’t changed.
