Drake feather? Or too early to tell?

Hello! Just wondering if this is a drake feather of if they are too young to know. These pictures are from the same duck. He/She/It () is 4 weeks old and two days.
Edit:
I forgot to add that He/She is MUCH larger than my other two. They are all Pekins.

You can probably voice sex long before the drake feather shows up. A female will be really loud and a male has a soft, almost silent quack. I think males sound a bit like a dog that has been de-barked.
