Drake Feathers

At what age does a male pekin duck's drake feather appear? I have three pekin ducklings and two of them have what looks like a curled feather starting.

Sorry - I can't help with the Pekin breed, but my Rouen's get their drake feathers at 4-6 mos old. With them, you can start telling the gender earlier by the color of the bills.

my Pekin Drake is about 16 weeks old, and his tail feather hasd been on for a couple weeks, not sure exactly how long. maybe about 13 weeks old?
