Drake or hen

My ducks are 6 weeks old now and even thoe their names would fit for a drake or a hen I still would like to know if they are drakes or hens or one of each. Is there anyway to tell at this age.

It might still be a little early, but their voices will change to show whether they're male or female... unless they're Muscovy's... if not Muscovy's then try listening to this and listen to your ducklings...

How can i tell by their voice will a hen be higher

Hens have a higher pitch, and they are the ones who make a true loud quack quack quack sound... the boy have a quieter, raspy quack...

I understand totally... it only gets hard to tell if you have all of one gender... once they change, you'll hear the differences...
