Drakes Fighting

I have 3 Khaki Cambell Drakes not quite 1 year old. One of the Drakes keeping picking on one of the other Drakes really bad over the last couple months (ripping out his hair on his neck). They free range during the day as I have a brook in the back yard. At night I put them in the shed and put a small table in the shed for the picked on Drake to climb up on. Any other ideas? Should I try to get a female if so how many? Or should I just get rid of this bully drake?

I personally don't put up with bullies. He may calm down with females around or he may get even worse...with 3 drakes you're going to need quite a few ducks.
I tagged a link that popped up in a search but depending on how active your drakes are, anywhere from 3 to 6 ducks per drake seems to be what is most recommended.

Adding in females will certainly get the males hormones going. Personally I'd keep one Drake and get a few female Ducks.
