Literally.

Had a dream last night where I woke up and went to feed my birds. I walk in, and in the corner of the coop was a bevy of eggs! I was amazed that my 10 week old girls laid eggs of all different colors and sizes! Green, pink, blue, white, brown. Some were as big as an ostrich's, others the size of quail eggs. And my girls were so proud of themselves!

I was so disappointed when I woke up.

Had to tell people who would understand, so I posted it here. But maybe it should be under a forum entitled "Chicken-people behaviors..."

That's funny!! Nothing like disappointment from a great dream!!
The other night I dreamed that my eggs all started hatching! In my dream, the girls had went on an adventure to my neighbors and met up with a rooster! I don't have a rooster, nor close neighbors so I woke up with a chuckle. Oh, chicken dreams.... :lau

Lol! Thats too funny. I had a dream that wolves attacked my chickens but I couldn’t do anything because I was stuck in the coop in the driveway. But then I prayed and when I looked out again they were all there and ok and no wolves in the pen, even though the wolves had yanked out feathers and killed some. But the the wolves were outside of the coop and snarling and trying to get to me inside the coop. It was unpleasant.
