Dried egg yolk on turkeys wing

Hi. My son went out to get chicken eggs yesterday and left the bowl sitting up high where they roost. They all fell and somehow one turkey got egg yolk all over one wing which is now dry…. How do I help the turkey get clean as gently as possible

Warm wet rag, it's that simple. Turkeys aren't fussy.
