We got this hen that we got as a chick, the others are doing fine but we seperated this one. around the back end behind the legs and I dont know the parts of the bird as you can tell, but about 3 inches up she is secreating a yellowish puss, she has been laying for about 2 months and seemed to be doing well, I have her seperated and is fine by herslf I did not see anyone picking at her, very docile by herself,,, any help as to the puss would be appreciated

Could it be that an egg broke inside her and the egg yolk is dripping out?

pus coming out of her bum (vent) is bad. even if it is a broken egg that's still really bad as she could get an infection (you really don't want the broken egg going off inside her). Have a look round for a good method of getting a broken egg out of a chook. If you're unsure go to a vet.
