Drooping, swollen, infection looking bumps

My chicken has a drooping wing and she cannot move it notice some green looking bumps underneath. Took her to the vet they did x-rays it is not broken or nothing wrong. They gave me an antibiotic and she has been on it for close to 20 days now and it is not getting any better it is just spreading more into the wing. Any ideas what this may be has anyone else had this problem with any of their chickens?

Could you try calling the vet to let them know the situation is getting worse despite the antibiotic? Wonder if they could give you some advice over the phone considering their prescription is not working. That looks pretty gnarly. Hopefully one of the medically-informed folks here might have thoughts.
