Hi everyone. My dad just got a few chickens from a friend. Two of the cockerels have large combs but they are very droopy especially the barred rock one (he might be barred rock mix). They are 4 months old and their combs are more of a light pink but not as pink as my dads other cockerels the same age from the same flock (his friend gave him fertile eggs from the same flock). Does this mean they are sick or did they not get proper nutrition? Or is this normal for large combed chickens? They act, eat and drink normal.

Here's photos of the 2 droopy comb boys: one barred rock, one white

And these are my dads current boys:

That is normal for large combed chickens. Most leghorns are like that actually! Beautiful birds!! 😍
