Droopy pale comb, runny stool

I have had this problem unfortunately and have not yet figured out the cause of this illness. Sadly the death rate is always pretty high.

This is my 3rd hen in a span of 2 years that has had this same type of illness and I cant figure it out either. Perhaps its a sort of bacterial infection or a genetically modified issue. I've treated many ill hens, but this type is baffling.
