Need help I have a 3wks old baby chick that has been fine up until today when I went out to check on him he has droopy wings, sleepy and foaming at the mouth. Any suggestions on what it could be from?

I'm so sorry. not sure about the foaming? other signs sound like coccidosis.its very possible to have cocci without bloody poo but the foaming sounds like it got into something bad. again I'm truly sorry for your loss!
