Droopy Wings

The wings of this new EE I got tends to have "droopy" wings? Any thoughts?

I have had a bird like that. It is just a small genetic variation, or perhaps even a defect. Kind of like people's toes - some are short and stubby, some are crooked. Nothing you can do about it, and it really will have no effect on her. You might not want to hatch her eggs.
