Dry dog food?

Is it safe for roosters to eat or will it cause problems?

I want to smash alot of it up since the feed store is closed

It's fine in a pinch or as a treat in moderation.

I use the stuff my dogs eat, put it in a blender and grind it up. I use more organic dog food that is made with fish and sweet potato. You wouldn't need a lot so a small bag should carry you for a while. Don't give it every day but it has protien in it.

Well the dogs get mad cause they are like "what? We cant eat scratch but they get our food!" Yes the dogs like scratch to. I had to pull there heads away everytime I throw it on the ground.
