dry incubation question

Is humidity between 20% and 30% okay? I've got the temp stable, just trying to figure out what the humidity needs to be.

It sounds like you have it just perfect actually. The Dry Method just needs the humidity to be above the teens. I keep my eggs at 20 to 30%.

Do you still bump it up after lock down?

Yes humidity should be over 65 ideally 70+ from what I've gathered.
