dry or wet starter?

Do you guys use dry starter or wet? My chicks will only eat wet starter. I have to water to the starter everytime I feed them, it's giving me a hassle.

I feed it dry - let the wet run out and show them the dry by pecking at it with your finger. They'll get it. They may not prefer it, but they'll eat it.
