So it looks like I have a case of dry pox, just noticed today on 2 of 5 hens. In Florida and the mosquito have been rabid. It's been years since I dealt with this issue, and I honestly don't remember best protocol. Rooster booster and Vet Rx or a topical antibiotic? Or oral antibiotics? I'm thinking I've let it run it's course before with just a topical. What's the current thought?

Looks like it could be Dry Fowl Pox.
Less handling of the lesions the better, you don't want it to spread.
If you want to put anything on the scabs you can dab them with Iodine to help dry them up.
Keep water stations clean. Since it's a virus it will have to run it's course over the next several weeks.
Of course monitor the birds for signs of eyes crusting over, pus or getting lesions inside the beak, then you may need to administer an antibiotic to treat secondary infection.
