This is pumpkin she is a year and a half old I recently noticed she has dry flaky skin on her face. (Before picture is her in the snow) she recently had an ear infection but was treated with antibiotics however still produces a lot of ear wax. I have not noticed any change in her personality. But I was wondering if anyone knew what the cause of the dry skin was and is there any way to help her.

She still has wax(?) or pus in the ear? Have you cleaned that out?
Put 1 drop of peroxide in the ear and clean out the pus/wax. Chicken ears really shouldn't have wax at all, so I wonder if infection is still present.
Possible some of that dry crusty stuff is discharge from the ear.

Have you applied/used any ointment, remedy or cream on the skin at all?

I would apply a thin coat of Vaseline to the dry areas. I've found that Vaseline works best for me. Some ointments/creams can actually cause some crusting of the skin.
