Dry skin or fungal infection?

We have 7 chickens, only the 1 roo. Ive looked at pictures of favus but cant really tell if this is normal dryness or something more. Only 6 months into our chicken journey so seeking sage advice

Looks like dry skin to me.

If you are in winter/cold weather, I'd leave it alone. If you are in warm weather, you can apply a light layer of a+d ointment or vitamin E oil to the comb or if you wish, just leave it alone.
