DU members?

Any Ducks Unlimited members here? I’ve been thinking about joining, they do a lot for wetland conservation, my understanding is they are a pretty good organization.

The annual membership is 35 dollars and I enjoy the publication they put out, it does annoy me that they offer a gift for my membership. 35 bucks and i get a free shirt i dont want. If i wanted a shirt i would buy one.

@Stoney Meadow Maple I could go on and on and on...lol. Not sure if it is on topic here. I have been involved more with Trout Unlimited than Ducks Unlimited, but I've reported on both. Both groups have done a great deal of good, and both have gotten into trouble...so it's a mixed bag and depends somewhat on local chapters versus national. Have a read of this article, and if you want to discuss, I'd be happy to have that discussion.
