Dual Purpose Chicken Best Age To Process?

So I ordered 15 female chicks from a hatchery. I think I got a two Roos. They are 5wks now, but pretty sure one Barred Rock and one Buff Orp are Roos. I'm wondering if I waited until they were 5 months to be certain they are Roos, would that be too far along to send them to be processed?

I am in the same boat, I have five Roo's at nine weeks. Hoping someone can let us know, the best age to send them to freezer camp.
