Dual purpose cockerels that are skin and bones.

Separating them in a smaller run away from the rest of the flock, so they will not pace along the fences the whole day, will help to calm them down.
And I would deworm them just in case, so the high protein feed will be put to good use and not feed the possible worms. Check for lice/mites too, as young cockerels often don't take the time for proper preening.
