Duck 4 months old with sudden balance issue.

I noticed on Thursday May 3rd, that my duck was suddenly having a balance issue. I called a local vet to see of he could sew him, and unfortunately I cannot find a vet in my area that will see ducks. He spoke with me on the phone, and told me he thinks it's a neck injury (my first thought was niacin deficiency but he told me he didn't that was it since they roam free during the day supervised) he didn't seem to think it was a toxin because he's eating, drinking, and walking around with the other ducks. Has anyone seen this before? Any help is greatly appreciated. I have a bought every product I can find for niacin, wry neck etc.

Use niacin for the duck and monitor the consistency of the poop.
