Duck air cells way too small hatching in 2-3 days

They both pipped Friday and made very little progress, I decided to try this evening to try to assist hatching and they are currently half out of the shell but their yolk sacs aren't completely absorbed so I'm waiting and hoping they make it. They do look weak but occasionally move their heads and peep. I'm not super hopeful.
They may push out if they are half out
Best thing to do is place the baby and remainder of egg shell in a small cup or bowl to keep them upright
I used paper towel to keep baby’s head and egg upright. How big is the yolk sac left ?
This is how I had mine
She was able to finish absorbing and keep in the shell to keep the yolk from drying out
Mine looked very exhausted to but after fully hatching and rest time she perked up

One actually pushed itself out and ruptured the sac, it bled quite a lot but did step, it was trying to get up but now it's just exhausted. The other one is almost fully absorbed now but it's not moving much. Doesn't look great for other of them. I'm hoping they pull through though. Thanks for the advice
