Was brought 3 male pekins who had been attacked. Got bathed, cleaned etc yesterday. Let them rest. Bathed again today to wash the rest of the blood off. One duck has entire top of head opened, about inch and half down. Was washing out tonight and there's maggots in the wound. I've used tweezers and picked out all I could see. How do I kill any I couldn't see, with this at the brain what can I use to keep area clean? The other one may lose it's eye, and the thirds back is completely torn open. The one with the head is the one I need some immediate advice on please.

Do you have a way to bring it indoors away from any future flies? Irrigation with saline will help flush any unhatched eggs. I'm not sure how to get rid of the larvae other than picking off as you've already done.

I have all 3 in a plastic pool with blankets in my guest room. Let me see if I can get CPL pics

You don't want to kill off ones you can't see, the dead bodies would rot and cause infection. Best to keep irrigating with saline and picking out any new ones daily. maggots need air, they aren't going to burrow too deep.
