Duck bill has blister/bubble looking thing.

I noticed this past week, my pekin has what looks to be a blister or bubble on his bill. It also looks like it is a little bruised at least it has a faint coloring of a bruise. Then this morning, when he jumped in the pool I noticed what looks to be a smaller on the other side of his bill.

I have not picked him up yet to see if it is soft or hard, but I plan on it today to see what it feels like.

Another thing - I got him when he was 4 weeks old. I have always been able to hear him breath. Meaning, it sounds like he is stuffed up a little. He doesn't sneeze or anything.

His is now 11 weeks old. He acts normal always being the goofball that he is. He eats and drinks fine.

I have searched all over the internet to see what I can find and there is nothing. Is there anyone out there that can help me?

Could you get a picture of the blister? It may be easier to identify that way. Is the 11 week old underweight? Any chance of a respiratory infection?
