Hi- my Twixie just put her bill through some fencing to try and get to a duck we are introducing into our flock. Her bill go caught and she has a scrape on it. I also noticed a black dot on her bill prior so thought I would show you a picture. The scrape just happened- the black dot is something I just noticed.

What can I do to treat as natural as possible?

Just leave it. The bill will be fine

I would put smaller gauge chicken wire or hardware cloth along the fence so she doesn't do it again.

I have a pugnacious pekin drake that put his head though a dog crate to try and bite a muscovy. Fortunately I was there and rescued his head from the annoyed muscovy's beak. I had to put hardware cloth along the outside of the dog crate (which is the pekin's personal bedroom inside the coop) to stop him pushing his head through and trying to bite the muscovy again.

Some ducks are more aggressive than others and they can injured themselves if they push their bill or head through bars
