Duck bright green poop

Hi, I’m looking for help with my Aylesbury duck, he’s awake 4/5 old. I think he injuries himself in the garden somehow, maybe hurt his wing and foot, but I can’t see anything particularly, he was finding it hard to walk. So I keep him in for a few days to let his foot heel. He would just lie there. He’s walking around a bit more now but still not fully active like the others, but I notified his poop is bright green now, he hasn’t had any green food. What could this be, could it be an infection?

Welcome to Backyard Chickens.. Have you looked at the bottom of the foot do you know what bumble foot is can affect chickens and ducks.
