Duck broken blood feather!!!

Do i need to pluck this if the bleeding isnt bad?!

I have always heard to pull a blood feather out if they continue to bleed. I don’t know anything about ducks though.

When mine were ducklings, one nibbled on another's feathers. They bled a little. That's what this looks like. I put styptic powder on (can also use cornstarch).
