Duck can barley walk!

I woke up this morning to find one of my duck in a bad condition. Her feather were in bad positions, her eye was foamy, and she can barley walk! Its like she is limping and dose not want to move at all!. she was showing signs of this yesterday but i brushed it off. I gave her some sav a chick. Please help. Thank you

She needs to be brought in to a clean, safe, area with fresh water and food, she needs time a tub in lukewarm water, and a mild saline rinse of her eyes. Put some poultry vitamins and electrolytes in her water.

Got it, she is sowing sign of improvement, but little at most.
