Duck coming out of egg wrong way

Hi I have 3 welsh harlequin duck eggs that are at 26 days. One has started to hatch but it is externally hatching from the opposite end of the air sack. I can see her little beak poking out and some of the membrane around the hole is drying out is there anything I can do? Any help appreciated. Thank you.

You might end up having to assist the hatch. What I do is mix a little Bacitracin in warm water and apply it by dipping a qtip in the mixture and rolling it over the membrane. You still want to check it every 3-hours to make sure it's staying moist. What is the humidity in your incubator?

I don't have it n an ncubayor she is under a broody hen. But according to my son she has progressed some more. I am going to check as soon as I get home.
