Duck egg day 29 no activity since internal pip

Hi, my egg duck is not moving. It did internal pipped on day 25 as I seen it since then nothing. Now its 4 days gone by and I dont know if he is dead or just resting. It seems too long to me to survive without the oxygen. In whole 25 days of incubation it hardly moved. no pip or anything.

If it internally pipped 4 days ago , then it's dead. After 24 hours of an internal pip you can give a safety hole. (For next time.)

must have been to weak to make an external pip. i did not want to interfere with the incubation process

Could have been trying to internal pip when I seen it? first time for me so I am not sure if was an internal pip or attempting to. I put him straight back in the incubator when I seen him pushing in the air cell and never touched it again but now on 29 day I am getting worried that he did not make it. I look at the photos but they tell me nothing.
