Duck egg piping at day 23

Hi,I have duck eggs under Mum & 1 is piping & peeping already & it’s only day 23,is this normal. This is her 1st time sitting eggs.......

An early hatch is usually due to higher temperatures, but it could still be a few days before the duck fully hatches. That does seem pretty early though, keep us updated!

We now have two gorgeous little Ducklings,Mumma & Babies are doing amazing....3rd egg pipping & other two are moving so I will just have to be patient.....Pebbles is being a fab Mum considering it’s her 1st time ....Excited is an understatement

Hi,yes she is.....this is her 1st time at being Mum. I’ve had Pebbles from a day old so she is more human than duck ha ha.....but she really is doing an amazing job....
