Duck Egg Question

How many chicken eggs equals one duck egg?

Depends on the size/breed of the duck. My Pekin & Pekin mix eggs equal two large chicken (from the grocery store) eggs. My Runner eggs are the same size as a store grade large chicken egg.

well for the nutrition content they equal about 2 chicken eggs.

My runner is laying eggs the size of a jumbo chicken egg. My buff and khaki were laying eggs just a little bit smaller than that. In recipes, 1 duck egg for every 2 chicken eggs seemed to work fine for me.
