Duck egg - weird....

HI there,
Question - I have 5 Call Duck eggs in my bator - due to hatch any day now.... I see one egg has little bubbles on the external surface just in one spot. Is this bad? Bad egg? Any advice?

I would be willing to guess that it will smell *off* if you give it a sniff. That usually indicated a rotting egg.

- was avoiding opening bator - but I will . last thing i want is a exploding egg! EEEW!
