Hello, this is day 10 of incubation, do these air sacs look ok? I know one doesn’t look like it’s developing, I’ve been waiting to get rid of it just in case it takes a little longer, is there any chance at this point it could start to develop? Also what’s the thing on top of the egg in the last picture?

They look fine.

No chance at all. Discard the egg before it starts to spoil.
Also what’s the thing on top of the egg in the last picture?
Just looking at the picture, it appears to be a place where the shell is thinner. Be careful when turning if you do it manually and do not have that egg butted up against another egg. I'd recommend you use wood glue to reinforce that area. Just a dab over that spot. I have had to do this a number of times and most have hatched. The wood glue will not hurt the developing duckling. I use wood glue because it is water based and thick; a lot less runny than Elmer's household glue.

Thank you so much 😊
