Duck eggs close to hatching help!!

I'm on vacation right now and I have my uncle turning the eggs for me. On of the eggs is 25 days in. Should I call to tell him to quit turning them or keep turning them??

i would that gives the chick time to get situated in the hatching position if he keeps turning that one egg it may confuse the chick not giving it time to get ready
