I've got 14 eggs that have been developing, on day 29 now. These are eggs from my flock, Welsh harlequin and Welsh harlequin mix. I realized at lockdown time that I ran the incubator a degree too cool. I have 6 that have externally pipped, but one of those has some worrisome discoloration on the shell. Is there anything I can do with the temp at this point to help their hatch?

Knowing how tricky incubator temperature control can be, I would just leave things as they are. Sounds as if all is good just delayed a bit. Good luck for a successful hatch.

Thanks for the feedback on the situation. I was thinking it would be best to leave it but wanted someone with more experience to give me some help. This is only my second time incubating.

I had 6 hatch out of 14 eggs on days 30&31. I candled all the remaining eggs. A couple were quitters I must have missed earlier. A couple more looked to be breaking down a little.

There were 3 left that still had a full looking egg with no obvious breakdowns. I didn't notice a y movement though. I put these 3 back. Should I wait any longer or toss them? I don't want to risk an egg bomb.
